Spaghetti with tomato and squid sauce
Ingredients:400 g. of Puglisi spaghetti, 500 g. of squid, 1 large onion, 1 l. of tomato passata, 0.5 dl of olive oil, 1 dl of dry white wine, Salt, pepper and Grana Padano cheese (season according to personal preference).

Preparation: Chop the onion and fry in a large saucepan with olive oil. Add the squid (including the tentacles) after chopping it into small cubes. And after a few minutes add the tomato passata.
